Trench Rossi Watanabe has advised the intermediary institutions in the placement of shares in Brazil and abroad in connection with the IPO of Mosaico, owner of the largest digital content and sales origination platform for e-commerce in Brazil (owner of sites such as Buscapé, Zoom and Bondfaro).

The IPO comprised the sale of shares by certain shareholders of Mosaico and the raising of funds by the company, which together totaled R$1.2 billion. The focus of TRW’s activities consisted in supporting the intermediary institutions that acted as coordinators or placement agents for the shares distributed in the IPO in Brazil and abroad, BTG Pactual, Itaú BBA, Goldman Sachs, XP Investments and JP Morgan.

To assist the coordinating institutions and placement agents in the Mosaico IPO, the partner and leader of the firm’s transactional practice Daniel Facó (pictured) had the support of associates Paula Ganem and Carolin Brew.
