Trench Rossi Watanabe announces two new partners
Trench Rossi Watanabe has announced the promotion of two of its lawyers to the partnership: Daniele Resende (pictured left), from the Transactional group, and Andrews França (pictured right), from the Public Law and High Courts groups. They became partners of the firm after a career marked by technical excellence, dedication and strategic contributions to their respective practice areas.
Daniele joined the firm in 2011. Since then, at the Transacional group, she has gained experience in corporate reorganization projects and corporate matters. She has a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Insper and a specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Andrews joined the firm in 2015. As a member of the Public Law and Superior Courts groups, he has worked on significant lawsuits involving the oil and gas, agribusiness and port logistics sectors, tenders, contracts, administrative improbity and appeals before the higher courts. He also has extensive experience in claims before the Federal Court of Auditors. He graduated in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB) and specialized in Electoral Law at the Escola Superior da Advocacia – OAB/DF. He is the author and co-author of several works and publications, especially on issues involving improbity and arbitration with the Public Administration.
With these promotions, Trench Rossi Watanabe now has 61 partners, spread across the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília and Porto Alegre offices.
