Trench Rossi Watanabe assisted Accenture do Brasil in negotiating and signing the contract for the acquisition of 100% of Hahntel SA

Trench Rossi Watanabe assisted Accenture do Brasil in the negotiation and signature of the agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Hahntel SA, a consulting and engineering company specialized in automation and robotics for industries.

The firm was responsible for coordinating the entire due diligence process in the countries where Hahntel had operations, with the assistance of Baker McKenzie in Canada, USA and Mexico, and Lex Advisors in Ecuador.

“We are happy to apply our expertise in complex, multi-market transactions to help Accenture with its projects in the Americas, especially in this innovative and revolutionary segment of automation and robotics,” explains Corporate&Finance partner and project leader Bruno von Dreifus I(pictured).
