Trench Rossi Watanabe guides Addnode’s first LatAm acquisition
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Addnode Group, through its Symetri division, focused on Design Management, on the acquisition of FF Solutions (FFS).
FFS is a Brazilian technology company specializing in digital transformation and solutions for the public and private sectors. Addnode Group is one of the leading global providers of software and services for design, construction, product data management, and facility management.
This transaction marks Addnode Group’s first acquisition in Latin America, representing a strategic step to expand Symetri’s business in the region. With the acquisition, the Swedish company gains access to FFS’s local talent and customer base.
