TRSYM and Bruchou counsel on $15.1m MSU Energy issue
Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani has advised MSU Energy on its issuance of US$15,100,000 par value Class V notes. Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised the arrangers and underwriters.
The notes, issued on 22 July under its global programme for the issuance of notes with a maximum outstanding amount of up to US$100,000,000, were denominated, integrated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed interest rate of 8% nominal per annum, maturing 24 months from the date of issuance.
The Company may use the proceeds from the issuance of the Notes to refinance liabilities and/or invest in fixed assets to increase its energy production, including, without limitation, infrastructure works.
Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Puente Hnos, Facimex Valores, Banco Supervielle, Invertir Online, Allaria Ledesma & Cía, Industrial Valores and Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires acted as underwriters.
