TSA Advogados advises on sales in the facilities sector

TSA Capital and TSA Advogados acted as financial and legal advisors to Branco Branco in its acquisition by Sapore, a leading player in the group meals industry.

Branco Branco, a facilities-focused company, which includes services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security, established four decades ago in Alphaville (SP). Today has presence in 20 Brazilian states, with a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees.

This transaction marks Sapore’s inaugural move following the entrance of the private equity fund Acon, which holds 19% of the capital since last year, and has since structured a mergers and acquisitions division.

Branco Branco doubles its business size within the company, with a potential to achieve up to R$ 300 million within the facilities sector over the next 12 months.
