Two firms act on Brasol’s acquisition of Raízen’s solar energy projects
Pinheiro Neto advised Brasol Sistemas de Energia Solar 18 (controlled by Brasol Participações e Empreendimentos) on the acquisition of 40 power solar projects by Raízen Energia, which was advised by Madrona Fialho Advogados.
The power solar projects (in different stages of develpment) are focused on generation of renewable energy, composed by a structure containing a built to suit and a service agreement for the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
Pinheiro Neto advised the buyer and relied on partner José Roberto Oliva Júnior (pictured left); senior associates João Crepaldi, associate Fernando Bammann.
Galapagos Capital also advised the same partie and relied on partner Eduardo Borges and associate Rodrigo Althoff.
