Two firms act on the acquisition of Coala do Brasil by MPR Group
Melcheds Advogados and Cândido Martins Advogados advised the acquisition of Coala do Brasil by MPR Group, the controlling shareholders of Companhia Nacional do Álcool – CNA and Álcool Ferreira, owners of Cooperalcool and Alcool Zulu.
The transaction took place by means of secondary purchase and exchange of ownership interest. The amount was not disclosed.
