Two firms act on the acquisition of Goalmedia by Better Collective

Felsberg Advogados advised Better Collective A/S, a global company headquartered at Denmark that is the leading developer of educational platforms within the Sports, Betting, iGaming and Media industry on the acquisition of Goalmedia Tecnologia e Marketing Digital, an edtech owner of the website “Torcedores.com”, which provides news and marketing concerning soccer and other sports in Brazil and around the world, which was advised by Benetti & Giammarino Advogados that also represented the shareholders.
