Two firms act on the acquisition of Internexa Brasil by Megatelecom
Madrona Fialho advised Internexa Participações and Internexa Peru signed a share purchase and sale agreement and other covenants for the sale of the shares representing 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Internexa Brasil Operadora de Telecomunicações to Megatelecom Telecomunicações which was represented by Cescon Barrieu.
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Megatelecom and relied on partners (first to fourth picured) Ana Carolina Castro Reis Passos, Hugo Barreto Sodre Leal, Thays Gentil e Ricardo Gaillard; associates Isabel Trigueiros, Pedro Ferreira, Thales Lima, Eduarda Carmo, Thales Lemos, Rafael Bertão e Lucas Longhitano.
