Three firms act on the acquisition of Nova Telecom by Brasil TecPar
Silva, Santana & Teston Advogados and Cescon Barrieu advised Brasil TecPar Serviços de Telecomunicações on the acquisition of Nova Rede de Telecomunicações, which was advised by Madrona Fialho.
The transaction value was BRL 74.75 million. The deal awaits CADE approval.
Nova Telecom, a regional ISP with approximately 45,000 customers and an annual revenue of R$ 54 million, operates in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas.
