Two firms act on the acquisition of Odonto Rad by Clariens
Vieira Rezende Advogados advised Odonto Rad on the sale of 100% of its shares to Clariens Educação, a company controlled by Mubadala Investment Company, and which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
The target operates a private college that offers graduation courses in medicine, dentistry, and physiotherapy in the city of Pouso Alegre, Minas Gerais.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Clariens and relied on partner Joamir Alves (pictured left), associates Otavio Bastos Moherdaui, Pedro Henrique Geenen Cota and trainee Eduardo Calil Franchi.
Vieira Rezende Advogados relied on partner Ricardo C. Ariani Filho (pictured right) and associate Renato Rossi.
