Two firms act on the acquisition of Plastlabor by Solabia Group

Souto Correa Advogados advised Solabia Group on the acquisition of 100% of the equity interest in Plastlabor, which was advised by Madrona Fialho Advogados.

This transaction is part of Solabia’s strategy to strengthen its position in the diagnostic market in Brazil.
