Two firms act on the acquisition of RSM BPS by TMF Group

Souto Correa advised TMF Group, a leading global provider of compliance and administrative services, on the acquisition of RSM BPS operations (including accounting, tax and payroll services) in Alphaville, Brazil, as part of its growth strategy for Latin America. Stocche Forbes advised RSM BPS.

According to TMF Group, this acquisition outlines its commitment to strengthening its footprint in Latin America, building on its recent acquisitions of Auren S.C. in Uruguay and KMC Campos y Campos, S.C. and Matas Lorenzo, S.C. in Mexico.
