Two firms act on the acquisition of SPE7 by CDPQ
Stocche Forbes advised Equatorial Transmissão on the sale of 100% of the shares representative of the capital stock of Equatorial Transmissora 7 SPE to Infraestrutura e Energia Brasil, a subsidiary of Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ), which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
The transaction based on an enterprise value of up to approximately BRL 1,190 billion.
The amount considers an equity value of up to approximately BRL 840 million. The enterprise value also considers a net debt amount of approximately BRL 350 million.
