Three firms act on the acquisition of stake in Eletromídia by Globo
BMA assisted Globo Comunicação e Participações in the aquisition of stake in the corporate capital of Eletromidia. The transaction value was not disclosed. The total shares are equivalent to 8.57% of Eletromidia’s total capital.
