Two firms acts on a real estate logistics transaction for BRL 1.4 bi

The real estate fund CSHG Logística, managed by Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo Corretora de Valores, completed this August the acquisition of 100% of the properties in the portfolio of the fund GTIS Partners Brasil Gestão, in an operation totaling BRL 1.4 billion.

The operation includes the acquisition of shares issued by CLERC Energia and four distribution centers located near the city of São Paulo. As a result, CSHG will now receive 100% of the revenues from the exploitation of these properties, which total a nominal value of R$9.5 million.

In the transaction, Mattos Filho Advogados advised GTIS Brazil Logistics through partners Rossana Fernandes Duarte (pictured left), Flávio Barbosa Lugão, Bruno Mastriani Simões Tuca and Flávia Magliozzi, as well as associates lawyers Alexandre Soares Andrade, Lucas Tironi, Stephanie Hitomi Fugita, Vitor de San Juan Faria and Tathyana Geraldes Draskoczy.

i2a Advogados also advised CSHG on a BRL 1.575 billion share issue, which closed at the end of July and is linked to the acquisition of GTIS assets. At the time, 10,330,900 shares were subscribed, each with an issue price of BRL 152.50.
