Two law firms advise on investment in Inspira by Advent International

Lobo de Rizzo advised Advent International on a BRL 1 billion equity primary investment in Inspira Mudança Participações which was advised by Stocche Forbes.

After the completion of the deal, Advent shall hold ordinary shares representing 44,3% of the share capital of Inspira.

Lobo De Rizzo advised Advent International and relied on partner Rodrigo Guerra (pictured left), associates Hugo Johan Silverio Wery, Isabela Salomon Reis e Lucas Marcon.

Stocche Forbes advised Inspira and its shareholds and relied on partners Rafael Andrade (pictured center) and Teo Galvão (pictured right), associates Luiza Ozores, Alexandre Porto e Lionel Visconti.
