Two Firms advise on partnership between Neoenergia and CCR
Mattos Filho advised Neoenergia, as the developer, in structuring a self-production energy project in partnership with CCR, as the offtaker and investor, which was advised by Lefosse.
The operation involved CCR’s acquisition of 2.84% of the share capital of the Otis 2 wind farm, 6.75% of the Otis 4 wind farm, and 5.25% of the Otis 6 wind farm.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
