Two firms advise on SLC Agrícola’s acquisition of a stake in SLC
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised SLC Agrícola on the acquisition of 18.8% minority stake in SLC Landco held by the Valiance Vehicles, which was advised by Mattos Filho Advogados.
With this transaction value BRL 524,8 million, SLC increasing its stake to 100% ownership of SLC Landco’s shares. The valuation was based on SLC Landco’s 86,783 hectares of land and infrastructure.
