Two firms advise on the acquisition of 50% of Shopping Interlagos

Pinheiro Neto advised the buyers, BMA Advogados advised the sellers on the acquisition of approximately 50% of Shopping Interlagos, through the acquisition of all the shares of São Marcos, the company that owned Shopping Interlagos together with Savoy Imobiliária e Construtora.

With the conclusion of the transaction, Savoy now owns 100% of the project, becoming its sole owner, since it already held the remaining stake in the target company.

The transaction value was not disclosed.
