Two firms advise on the acquisition of RSM Brasil by TMF Brasil

Souto Correa and Stocche Forbes advised on the acquisition of quotas representing 100% of the capital stock of RSM Brasil BPS Serviços Contábeis and RSM Brasil SP Labor Serviços Administrativos, by TMF Brasil.

Souto Correa Advogados advised TMF Brasil and relied on partner João Gustavo Gomes Santiago (pictured left), associate Amanda Baldacone.
