Two firms advise on the acquisition of Starbucks by Zamp
BMA advised Zamp on the acquisition of assets of Starbucks in Brazil from SouthRock Group, which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
With the transaction, worth R$101.8 million, Zamp will now be responsible for developing Starbucks’ operations in Brazil.
BMA advised the buyer and relied on partners Amir Bocayuva Cunha (pictured left), Helio Alvarez, Eduardo Wanderley, associate Natalia Yazbeck, Thiago Frazão, Manuela Bertocci and Amanda Souza Dias Frigerio.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the seller and relied on partners Giuliano Colombo (pictured right), André Marques, Thiago José da Silva, associate Carolina Kiyomi Iwamoto and Frederico Pinto de Souza.
