This transaction is part of Serasa’s strategic expansion in the Brazilian market.

TEx specializes in providing cutting-edge technology solutions tailored specifically for insurance companies.

Over the last years, TEx has operated in all Brazilian states with more than 1.000 operations.

This transaction will expand Serasa’s investment in innovation and collaborate with the expansion of the biggest Brazilian Datatech Company.
