Two firms advise on the acquisition of Urbana Mídia by Eletromidia
Demarest advised Eletromidia on the acquisition of Urbana Mídia, the company responsible for the operation and advertising exploitation of bus stops in Belo Horizonte (MG), which was advised by Rolim Goulart Cardoso.
The transaction includes the transfer of Urbana’s concession contract with the Belo Horizonte City Hall, valid until 2041, and provides for the installation, maintenance, and advertising of 1,300 bus shelters. With this deal, the company becomes the leading outdoor media (OOH) operator in the capital of Minas Gerais.
