Two firms advise on the Sporty Panama’s acquisition of Latam Gym
Campos Mello Advogados advised on the acquisition, by Sporty Panama, of 100% of the shares in the share capital of Latam Gym, which holds 10% of the share capital of Smartfit Peru SAC, a subsidiary of the company based in Peru.
