Two firms advised on CVC’s acquisition of GSH from Rede D’Or

Pinheiro Neto advised George Holding, a company owned by funds managed by CVC Capital Partners, on the acquisition of 98.5% of the share capital of GSH, held by Rede D’Or São Luiz, which was advised by Mattos Filho Advogados.

GSH is a solutions management platform in the hemotherapy, cell therapy and nuclear medicine segments. The transaction price will be equivalent to the total firm value of BRL 1,585,935,704.47, which will be deducted from net debt. The transaction is subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent usual in transactions of this nature, including approval by CADE.

After the closing, GSH will continue to provide services to Rede D’Or hospitals under long-term contracts.
