Two firms advised on GET Comercializadora de Energia issue

Cascione and Veirano advised on the public offering of the 1st issuance of debentures of GET Comercializadora de Energia, in a single tranche, in the total amount of BRL 100 million.

The debentures are classified as green bonds per the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA) classification, as the use of proceeds will be used for investments in the categories of renewable energy and large-scale energy storage/installations.

Cascione Advogados advised the issuer, GET Comercializadora de Energia and relied on partner Ana Paula Calil (pictured left), associate Rafael Alvim Morgado and legal Guilherme Guimarães.
