Two firms advises on HSI’s partial acquisition of 30V
Machado Meyer and Madrona Fialho advised on the transaction whereby HSI made an equity investment representing 50% of the share capital of 30V Participações, with an option to subscribe 10% of the share capital of BPC Participações e Produções Artísticas.
Both companies belong to 30E – Thirty Entertainment group, a significant player of the live concerts sector, in order to develop and expand the activities of 30E Group.
The transaction value was BRL 120,000,000.00.
