Two firms assists Paisa SPE III on the acquisition of a condominium
Stocche Forbes and Lacaz Martins Advogados advised Paisa SPE III, an entity owned by an investment fund managed by Central Capital, in the acquisition of the entire Padre João Manoel Condominium, located at Jardins neighborhood, in the city of São Paulo/SP, consisting of 56 units , in addition to parking spaces, for the implementation of a retrofit project, in the total amount of approximately BRL 100 million.
