Two firms on the partnership between Better Drinks and Heineken
Demarest advised Better Drinks and Pinheiro Neto advised Heineken on the implementation of a commercial partnership through which the innovative portfolio of products of Better Drinks will be included in and will benefit from the production and distribution structure of Heineken. The profits will be reverted to both Heineken and Better Drinks.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
