Two law firms advise on Alianza’s acquisition of data centers
Veirano Advogados and Stocche Forbes advised on the transaction involving the acquisition of the “SLB Scala POA Property” from Scala Data Centers by Alianza Trust Renda Imobiliária. The transaction was of the Sale&Leaseback type, where the seller continues to use the property by leasing it back from the buyer.
The transaction value was BRL 150 million.
