Two law firms advise on Barian’s CRI and Guardian’s FII
Duarte Garcia and Stocche Forbes advised on the public offering of 358,10 real estate receivables certificates (CRI), issued under the 65th issuance of Bari Securitizadora, owed by Guardian Oportunidades Varejo Real Estate Investment Fund – Limited Liability, in the total amount of BRL 358 million, and 30.000.000 quotas of the 3rd issuance of quotas of the single class of Guardian Oportunidades Varejo Real Estate Investment Fund – Limited Liability, in the total amount of BRL 300 million, offered to professional investors.
The transaction is structured as a sale and leaseback arrangement between the Fund and Atacadão, and the proceeds from the offerings will be used by the Fund to acquire 15 properties owned by Atacadão.
