Two law firms advise on BTG Pactual’s acquisition of Julius Baer
Machado Meyer advised Banco BTG Pactual on the acquisition of 100% of the quotas of Julius Baer Brasil Gestão de Patrimônio e Consultoria de Valores Imobiliária, the domestic Brazilian multifamily office business of Julius Baer Group, which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
The transaction value was BRL 615 million.
