Two law firms advise on Cemig Distribuição’s debenture issue

Veirano advised Cemig Distribuição on the public offering of simple, non-convertible debentures, in two series, of its 13th issuance, in the total amount of BRL 1,895,000,000.00, with personal guarantee provided by Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais – CEMIG.

The offering was intermediated by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, ABC Brasil Distribuidora de Titulos e Valores Mobiliários and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira.
