Two law firms advise on RBR Infra DI Renda Mais share issue

Stocche Forbes advised the issuer and Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters on the public offering of the 1st (first) issuance of shares by RBR Infra DI Renda Mais Fundo Incentivado de Investimentos em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa Responsabilidade Limitada, in the amount of BRL 161.909.000,00.
