Tauil & Chequer and Stocche Forbes advise TG Core Asset on FII issue

Tauil & Chequer Advogados, in association with Mayer Brown, advised TG Core Asset, an investment manager, on the public offering of primary distribution of quotas of the 13th issue of the TG Ativo Real Estate Investment Fund under the terms of CVM 160.

The offer was settled for approximately BRL 514.8 million.
