Two law firms advise Transnetwork on the acquisition of Inswitch

Veirano Advogados (Brazil) and Guyer & Regules Law Firm (Uruguay) advise Transnetwork on the acquisiiton of 100% of the corporate capital of Inswitch Holding, a United Kingdom holding company with operating subsidiaries in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, United States, and Uruguay.

The Inswitch group offers a SaaS product related to embedded finance and implementing payment services.
