Two law firms work on Vision One’s acquisition of Città
Mattos Filho advised XP’s Private Equity fund and its invested company Vision One / Brasil Olhos on the acquisition of Centro Oftalmológico Città, an ophthalmology clinic located in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, founded by physicians Eduardo Amorim Novais and Gustavo Amorim Novais.
CERPO – Centro de Recuperação de Patologias Oculares, a company belonging to Vision One Group, will have Città’s founders as shareholders and continue to operate as a clinic and as part of the Vision One Platform, which aims to expand and consolidate excellent services in the clinical eye market.
With the entrance of Città, Vision One expand its market on the clinical eye market in the state of Rio de Janeiro and boosts its focus on ophthalmology services to consolidate itself as the network with the largest number of ophthalmic centers in Brazil.
