Ulhôa Canto announces restructuring of the estate planning and succession planning team, as steps for growth and changes in the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo teams.

Among the novelties are the return of senior partner Aloysio Miranda (pictured left) to lead the area and the expansion of the team, including the return of attorney Mariana Olivi Louzada (pictured right) to the firm as a consultant.

Mariana has 13 years of experience as a lawyer (eight of which at Ulhôa Canto), with a focus on estate planning in Brazil and abroad and advising families on multidisciplinary topics (e.g., succession planning; structuring of new investments; acquisition of aircraft; regulatory issues such as FATCA, CRS and GDPR; and philanthropy).
