Ulhôa Canto is developing a new capital markets practice area
Ulhôa Canto carried out important movements within the capital markets practice, with the hiring of Dianie Teixeira (pictured).
With more than 15 years of experience, Dianie’s work includes advisory services in the field of public offerings for the issuance of fixed and variable income securities, securitization operations, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of corporate debts, both in Brazil and abroad.
Dianie has been working in the Capital Markets practice since 2008, holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper, and graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Before joining Ulhôa Canto, she was a senior lawyer at another top full-service law firm. Dianie has also participated in study groups and task forces aimed to improve the capital market and business environment in Brazil.
At Ulhôa Canto, her work will be focused on advising publicly held companies or companies that intend to go public and list their securities, investors, investment funds, managers, financial institutions, and other participants in the capital market. She will be at the forefront of domestic and cross-border transactions in Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital, combining her expertise with the excellence that has always marked the long successful journey of Ulhôa Canto.
