Uruguay’s Bragard promotes Agustina Bomio to partner


Uruguayan law firm Bragard has announced the promotion of Agustina Bomio Olaso to partner, and who has been with the firm since 2011.

Bomio (pictured) graduated with honours from the University of Montevideo and earned her postgraduate studies at the University of Montana in the US in secured transactions, public international law, negotiation and business law, world trade and commerce.


Her professional practice is focused on tax, corporate, banking, finance, capital markets and commercial law, and she provides advice to entities regarding capital markets and the structuring of financial products.

Founded in 2004, Bragard has two offices in Montevideo, and one in Asunción, Paraguay.
