VBD Advogados has announced the arrival of new partner Flávio Coelho de Almeida (pictured) as part of the firm’s growth plan and to strengthen its Real Estate practice.

Flávio has extensive experience in the real estate business area, in a wide range of areas such as real estate acquisition and sale, due diligence, leasing, construction, structuring of guarantees, transactions with rural properties and shopping centres.

Before joining VBD Advogados, he worked for 23 years at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, with a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica/SP, with specializations in Corporate Real Estate Law from SECOVI and in Agribusiness Law from INSPER. Flávio is also a member of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM) and the Real Estate Law Debate Council (MDDI).
