VBD promotes a new partner to Corporate, M&A and Intellectual Property

VBD Advogados announced the promotion of the associate Thalita De Marco Vani (pictured) to partner in the Corporate, M&A and Intellectual Property practices.

Thalita has more than 15 years of experience assisting a wide variety of national and multinational corporations of different industries. She joined VBD Advogados in January 2020. Thalita graduated from PUC/SP and holds a Master of Law Degree (LL.M) from the University of New Hampshire – Franklin Pierce School of Law. She also studied International Contracts at PUC/SP, Corporate Law at FGVDireito/SP and International Business and Foreign Trade at FGV-PEC/SP.
