VBSO act as deal counsel in the public offering of Lavoro FIAGRO

VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in the structuring of Lavoro Fund in Agro-Industrial Production Chains and in the issuance and public offering of its senior and mezzanine quotas, which were distributed with restricted placement efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 476, as well as in the issuance of subordinated quotas, which were subject to private placement, in the total amount of BRL 160 million.

The deal was led by the partner José Alves Ribeiro Junior (pictured) and associates Vanessa Acosta Valdivieso, Miguel Guardia Favinha, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto and Barbara Gonçalves.
