VBSO act in issuance of CRA by Virgo and owed by Vicunha Têxtil
VBSO Advogados acted as legal counsel on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) issued by Virgo Companhia de Securitização and owed by Vicunha Têxtil, pursuant to CVM Instruction No 400 of December 29, 2003.
VBSO Advogados advised on the public distribution of the 1st and 2nd tranches of the 123rd (one hundred twenty-third) issuance of CRA by Virgo Companhia de Securitização and owed by Vicunha Têxtil, pursuant to CVM 400.
The total amount of BRL360 million.
