VBSO advises Banco BMG on issuance of debentures
VBSO Advogados advised Banco BMG on structuring the issuance of simples unsecured debentures, not convertible into shares, in two tranches, issued by Companhia Securitizadora de Créditos Financeiros Cartões Consignados BMG, backed by financial credit rights assigned by Banco BMG, in the total amount of R$840 million.
The debentures were subject to a public offering, with restricted distribution efforts, intermediated by Banco Santander (Brasil), pursuant to CVM 476.
The deal was led by the partner Henrique Vicentin Lisboa (pictured) and associates Leonardo Aguiar Sampaio Pontes, Miguel Guardia Favinha, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto and Barbara Gonçalves.
