VBSO advises BMG on the acquisition of Araújo Fontes

Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki & Oioli Advogados advised BMG on the acquisition of 50% of Araújo Fontes

VBSO Advogados advised Banco BMG S.A. on the acquisition of 50% of AF Invest Administração de Recursos Ltda. and Araújo Fontes Consultoria e Negócios Imobiliários Ltda.

The targets are independent investment advisory boutiques, which provide services of asset management, real estate and corporate consultancy and M&A transaction.

The value of the transaction is approximately R$150 million, composed of a fixed amount and a potential variable amount.
