VBSO advises on Artemis FII’s 2nd quota offering

VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel in connection with 2nd issuance of quotas by Artemis Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada.

The public offering was exclusively directed to qualified investors and was underwritten by trustee DTVM, which also acts as the fund administrator.

This fund is a real estate investment fund that invests in tax-advantaged, real estate-related securities such as real estate securitization certificates (CRI) and quotas issued by other real estate investment funds.

The deal was led by partner José Alves Ribeiro Junior (pictured) and associates Leonardo Sampaio Pontes, Jessica Espíndola de Oliveira, Raphael Martire Rocha, Barbara Gonçalves, Giulia Esposito Barthem and Luís Gustavo de Almeida Salles.
