VBSO advises on debenture issue by Usina Açucareira S. Manoel
VBSO Advogados acted as deal counsel on the 2nd issuance of debentures by Usina Açucareira S. Manoel, which were publicly offered to professional investors.
Banco Santander (Brasil) acted as the single bookrunner of the offering. The proceeds obtained by the issuer shall be used to finance an infrastructure project on the biofuels producing sector, and the debentures are eligible to the tax benefit provided for in Law 12.431.
